By paying your invoice you agree and assent to the details of this 60 day money back guarantee policy offered by us which is a legally enforceable agreement and consent to it by engaging in affirmative action (e.g, paying your invoice).

By paying your invoice you understand and agree to give us 60 full calendar days from the date and time of payment to provide you with the service payed for before a refund can be issued for services that are not provided or for any issue not resolved by us. All customer’s explicitly understand and agree that the lead times of our service payment plans are not hard times nor deadlines for the service to be provided.

By paying your invoice you agree and understand that the service we provide is considered ‘provided in full’ once your ability to sell on Amazon, whether account or listing, has been restored and agree to give us 60 calendar days from the date and time of payment to provide said service in full.

All paying customers agree to our Terms of Service and our 60 day money back guarantee policy understand that all of our services have are covered by our 60 day money back guarantee policy. All services payed for by the customer may be postponed, delayed, and or rescheduled without penalty or time limit, subject only to dates and times between the customer and us. If the service in no longer required and or needed by the user, the service can and will be used or provided at a later time when the customer does need and or require the service payed for. This will ensure that any payment(s) made are not wasted and or lost.

Services requested to be postponed, delayed, and or rescheduled must be submitted in writing by the customer and can be done so at any time via email in order to obtain a Postponement Authorization Number. When requesting a Postponement Authorization Number the customer will need to provide Proof of Purchase, such as a copy of their payed invoice.

Because we do not offer refunds for 60 days after initial payment your information will be saved for future use at a later time and date in the event that our service to the user becomes postponed, delayed, and or rescheduled.

We will at all times meet the objectives of our customers in good-faith and will at all times continue to support our customers at no additional costs and or fees.

We reserves the right to change the payment terms of our customers at anytime for any reason in order to provide our services in full.
